Fifth "World Chinese Conference on Geological Sciences", Taiwan, May 18-20, 2004

Dear members of NACESA, IPACES, and OCESTA: 

It is my pleasure to announce that the fifth "World Chinese Conference on Geological Sciences" will be held in Taiwan, May 18-20, 2004. For detail, please see the attached first circular. For those of you coming from Taiwan, please plan to attend this conference and have the opportunity to meet colleagues from other parts of world and to visit your relatives and friends back home. For those from other places, this is a golden opportunity for you to meet colleagues in Taiwan and to tour the lovely island. If you plan to attend or have any questions, please
