Description: The Geotechnical Engineer will be involved in geotechnical evaluations for roadway and bridge projects. Will be responsible for field investigations (test borings, geophysical, etc.), technical evaluation and reports especially on VDOT projects. Other Geotechnical engineering evaluations include retaining walls, landslides and pavement rehabilitation/design.
